Today we talk with author and coach Naja Hall about her experience working with kids and families and her thoughts on shared parenting.

She is the founder of VIPStepmom "a private online community for stepmoms" and Blended and Black "A Community for Millennials in Stepfamilies". She's also a Certified Coach and Educator, author, and podcaster. She hosts the podcast, "I know I’m Crazy with Naja Hall" and she is the author of the Amazon best-seller Girl, Bye! Book series. She is also a Stepmom of 3.

Naja’s life’s work is to teach empathy, accountability, and emotional intelligence through the art of story-telling and genuine human connections.


She understands that the family is THE MOST influential entity of human development, and her work centers on helping individuals, couples, and families navigate some of life’s toughest transitions.
