Don Hubin, Ph.D. who is the Chair of the National Parents Organization tells us about this year's report card. Instead of just saying how well the states do with shared parenting, this report card looks at something different. That is how the child support laws in each state help or hurt shared parenting in the state. Some (ok a lot) of states give parents a reason to fight.
